Anitta and Pedro Capó have been confirmed to be performing at the Conmebol Copa America in Brazil. They will be performing at the closing ceremony at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday, July 7th. This will be the first time both artists get together for a duet.
In a press statement, Anitta said “I was very honored and happy with the invitation. I’m sure this will be another unforgettable moment in my career.” Capó also stated, “Conmebol Copa America promote the spirit of Latin America sport, and unites us culturally. Not to mention the fact of sharing this moment with Anitta in her country. I am very lucky.”
This is the 46th edition of Copa America, which returned to Brazil after 30 years. The final will be taken place tomorrow with a match between Chile and Brazil.
