On June 2nd I had the opportunity to attend Media Day at Sea World Orlando about the launch of their new summer events. They are giving guests more opportunities to jumpstart their summer with new attractions and returning fan-favorite events.
Sea World is introducing their new nightly spectacular show “Electric Ocean”, which brings longer park hours and takes guests into an exotic underwater world filled with dazzling lights, electrifying dance music and brilliant evening energy that sparks as the sun is setting. Guests will also be able to experience exciting nighttime shows and new variety of food and drink throughout the park.
New for this year they are introducing the “Touch the Sky” show, a high-energy celebration featuring majestic bottlenose dolphins, beautiful macaws and original musical score. The energy of the night ends with a family-friendly dance party before “Ignite” lights up the sky in a spectacular fireworks finale.
They will also be offering free brews all summer long through September 2, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. to one hour before park close. Complimentary domestic and seasonal beers will be available for guests at Mama’s Pretzel Kitchen Patio. Each guest can receive up to two complimentary 7-ounce beers per visit. They will be rotating beer offerings throughout the summer starting off with Sea World’s Mako Red Ale.
Also opening this summer is Infinity Falls, taking guests on an adventure through a lush rainforest environment inspired by some of the world’s most incredible freshwater ecosystems. It will be featuring the world’s tallest drop on a river raft and will allow visitors to experience the feel of exhilarating rapids. The ride will also feature an innovative elevator lift designed to transport the rafts to the top of the ride’s 40-foot drop before plunging into churning whitewater.
I definitely recommend to take the time this summer and take your family to Sea World Orlando and enjoy a great day with the new summer entertainment offerings.
